Fatigue, brain fog, pain, food reactions, poor sleep, hormone changes, and other symptoms may look unrelated on paper. Your story can help us see how the pieces fit together.
You may have a long list of symptoms, several folders of lab results, and more theories than answers.
You don't have to organize all of that before you come.
At Grace, we begin with enough time for you to tell the story as you understand it. What you feel. When it started. What changed. What you have tried. What helped, what didn't, and what you hope will be different.
Then we begin putting the clues in order together.

Fatigue, poor stamina, or feeling depleted
Brain fog, focus changes, or feeling unlike yourself
Digestive symptoms and food reactions
Hormone, cycle, or midlife changes
Chronic pain, tension, or nervous system strain
Symptoms that seem unrelated or remain unexplained
You do not need to fit neatly into one category. In fact, most people do not.
You get space to tell your whole story
We start with your experience, history, symptoms, goals, and prior testing.
We organize the clues
I look for patterns across your symptoms, labs, history, medications, nutrition, daily life, genetics, and environment. We may also look at sleep, stress load, nervous system patterns, and how your body responds under strain, especially when those factors seem connected to your symptoms.
Then we choose the next useful step
That may mean reviewing existing information more carefully, ordering targeted testing, adjusting a medication or supplement plan, supporting the nervous system, or simply changing the order in which we address things.
Build and refine the plan together
The plan should make sense for your body, your life, your goals, and your resources.

Follow-up care is shaped around what you need. Sometimes we need time to step back, review new information, and look at the bigger picture. Other times, one focused question or adjustment may only need a brief check-in.
Regular follow-up visits allow enough time to review changes, new information, and your plan without rushing. For established patients, brief 15-minute virtual visits are also available when one focused issue doesn't require a full follow-up.
Integrative visits: $400 per hour
Regular visits are billed in 15-minute increments, with a 30-minute minimum. Initial visits have up to two hours reserved, but you pay only for the time used.
Focused virtual check-ins: $100
Established patients may also schedule a 15-minute virtual visit for one focused question or adjustment when a regular follow-up isn't needed.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) cards are accepted, along with major credit and debit cards.
Grace does not bill insurance for services. Superbills are available upon request for patients who wish to submit them to their insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Bring the story as you know it. We'll begin there.
